Chef Bars (Stations) Menu


Chef Bars are the new food stations. Your guests still circulate throughout the venue sampling a variety of foods at various locations, but instead of the chef customizing each plate and your guests waiting in line, each chef bar has interesting food pairings ready to go. We still offer full out stations, aka pasta, seafood saute and mixed grill, where your guests have a more interactive experience with the chefs, so the choice is yours! Below find three sample menus.

French Baguettes, sliced and rubbed with herbs and olive oil, toasted and topped with your choices below.

An eye catching display of locally sourced seafood.

Native Matunuck or Wellfleet Oysters and Fresh Littleneck Clams shucked over ice and served with Mignonette Sauce, Horseradish and Lemons. Locally smoked Narragansett Bay Bluefish w/ Dill Dijonaisse and Cocktail Breads. Pull out all the stops and offer eco-friendly Chilled Pacific White Shrimp w/ Tangy Cocktail Sauce.
